An online resource for practitioners of Ecclesiastical Law

This website is intended to complement  Ecclesiastical Law the third edition of which was published by Oxford University Press in 2007. It aims to serve as a repository for the ever-growing corpus of law which affects the Church of England and Freedom of Religion more generally.

The site includes links to my own publications and to certain of my more recent academic articles not yet published elsewhere. There  is a section devoted to clergy discipline regime and, as work in progress, a section dedicated to the faculty jurisdiction.

This site was re-launched in November 2014 and I would welcome comments and suggestions for improving and expanding its coverage. Email Mark Hill
